Some info is comically off - others like phone numbers are spot on.

You can contact them to remove it, but you still don't know where spokeo got it from.

 

I'll be shocked if anything happens to the OP. She never grieved, just asked for advice. She never disrespected her employer or anything close.

BTW if you google search a thread title verbatim of course it'll be the first to show up. If I created a thread called "pull flying monkeys out of my butt while eating ice cream" that's exactly what I'll find when I search for "pull flying monkeys out of my butt while eating ice cream".

Yeah Spokeo is a trip. They even have photographs of your house. I mean my house.

 

Doesn't show anything for my name and city (lived in the same place for 9 years) and all it gives back from my phone number is the city I'm in. My email address is associated with one social network I posted to once about 4 years ago.

 

Spokeo searches only provides general city information. Spokeo couldn't even figure out any of my information with my fake email. Pretty underwhelming stuff. So I'd say I'm still gold.

Hackers are a completely different story though.

 

I found all the detail about my cousin who lives in CA. Very interesting - didn't know he was so well off. I've even found out details about his wife too.

Scary stuff. Thankfully nothing like that website over here.

 

I'm clean.
No entries, despite the fact that I've been at the same address for 12 years.

I guess I'm just not "interesting" enough...

 

A big chunk of that info comes from property tax records. If your state/county doesn't publish them online or if you don't own real estate there will be less information for these people finder sites to publish.

 

Means nothing in California as many are priced out of their own house(s) especially if they purchased their property long time ago.

I grew up in Colleyville TX..home of the Mustangs so I have some advice for you Texan to Texan...

1. They make Keyed car decals (and bullet holes too)...put a few on and the perp won't waste his time. Take them off for the weekend.
2. See my post for the kids steeling the valve stem caps off the tires...grim but possible.
3. Watch Road house...I'll sell you a beater for work (77 Lincoln Town Car still runs with AC).
