(This isn't a turn, but a comment: While "San Francisco Bay Area", isn't one word, and while "San Francisco" in and of itself isn't, either, "San Francisco" when said by someone who lives in The City is; to be precise, it's ALWAYS pronounced "SanFranciscoTheMostBeautifulCityInTheWorld". If you live in San Jose, however, it's pronounced "That smaller city to the North", but then, that's not one word, either.)
