Woman takes unique road to sue Honda over mileage

Shame on Honda for dumbing down the car, and just how many other owners of Honda Hybrids did the reversing Judge consult with before he made his decision. It didn't even meet EPA numbers.
I wonder if she is going to pursue this any further, time will tell!

 

I wonder how much Honda stock the judge owns directly or indirectly? Chances are the judge doesn't know a darn thing about hybrids & has some clerk look up stats on the fuel economy websites. Maybe Honda provides the data.

One car after a refit out of tens of thousands is a statistical anomaly. How would the judge react to having an engine swapped out under warranty & the manufacturer decided it was in the best interest to replace it with a smaller one?
