Windows 10 -- Anyone bite?

    Seriously doubt that will happen since MS made 10 a free upgrade. Plus overwhelmingly more people are saying positive things on 10 than negative.

    You guys are right, I know. But a little different anyway: they've got push back while they're giving it away.

    In my opinion, Windows 10 is better than Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. If Windows Vista had a free upgrade path, many of my vista users would be on Windows 10.

    Windows 7 however has no major flaws, so Windows 10 is all pain, no gain for many users. When there is a killer app for Windows 10 that Windows 7 can't run, then upgrade.

    Agreed.

    The killer app for me is that support for 7 will end 2020. 10 is a free upgrade until July 2016. Makes sense to upgrade anytime between now and July. There is no reason not to. If 10 sucks, just uninstall it. What's important is getting the system fully installed and registered. I did it on my laptop and it worked so well, I did a fresh install of 10 on it instead of reverting.
