Will a portable jump starter work on the PiP?

    It appears, don't quote me on this, Prime gives a small jolt (2 or 3 seconds raises volts a 1/10 or 2/10ths) of charge to the 12v at the beginning of plugin charging when set to charge now.
    I did notice after running in charge mode for 15 or twenty minutes that after trips end and Prime turned off I was reading 14+ volts. Didn't time it though. 12v Battery Is Discharging, Re-Charge Now ! | Page 16 | PriusChat I haven't verified again, yet.

    this is incorrect. depending on chemistry, but most lithium prefers to rest in a low state of charge.
