What problems do you want to solve all at once, poverty, hunger, hiv/aids, malaria, war? Tell me Karl, how do you propose to even solve one of them - and are you a true believer in gorebal warming - how can you solve that one too while taking care of the more pressing problems i listed prior?

 

Well one could (I said **could**) argue that without air to breath and a clean place (environment) to live NONE of the other issues really matter. Wars, health care, social security, homeland defense, housing, money, etc won't matter if the planet does not sustain life the way we know it.

If you want to help another person, would it be better that you are in good health and of sound mind rather then being sickly and borderline insane? We have to operate from a basis of strength and unity if we are to help others. If we want to maintain a sustainable way of life, we have to operate from a surplus as to not weaken or undermine our on future.
