It is a mixed bag. If a permanent part of the navigation map, yes. But construction or accidents, no. However, using the turn signal to indicate a merge, it does it politely. Bob Wilson
it's certainly legal. however, my experience has shown that the real slowdown comes when people race to the end and cut someone off to get in. if people left space and were courteous, the bottlenecking wouldn't be so bad.
.... & if a frog had wings .... what's interesting to watch is how, knowing people are going to not get in line - but rather cut people off at the front of the line, everybody in the main line tucks in super tight - like so many drafting nascar racers LOL .
