bought my car new in 2012 Prius C 4. It has 128,000 miles. I take it to the dealer every 10k miles. Its been mostly oil changes. Still have original brakes. I believe I am on my 3 rd set of tires. This car has been very economic to maintain. I had a 2014 Volt and it had 36k miles when I traded it in for a 2015 volt. My 2015 Volt has 28k miles and has had 1 oil change. Most of the miles have been on the electric engine. I fill up my Prius every 3 to 4 days the Volt I top it off once a month maybe 5 gallons. Both are great cars.

 

Little Prius clocked 80,000 miles when she was exactly 2 years 2 months 2 weeks and 2 days old.

 

anyone exceed the 400,000 mile mark on the 2012 prius c?

 

There was a thread a while back about a guy buying a used one that had over 400k miles on it. I can't seem to find the thread now, though.

 

400k miles would be extremely high for a Prius c

I'm not even to 29,000 on my 2012 c two. I guess we don't get out much

 

2013 Prius C bought in October of 2013 new. Just turned 109,500 miles. I have a 1987 Toyota 2WD Pickup with 406,570 miles - it'd be nice to see that on the Prius...

 

2012 Prius C bought Jan 11, 2013. As I was rolling in the parking lot this morning I saw 79,999... was trying to decide if I wanted to traverse another lap or two to get to 80k.

 

That is an INSANE amount of miles to drive a year...wow....i thought i drove a lot....

61,000 miles on my 2012.

 

I just sold my 2012 prius c, level 2, with 234000 miles....i have a 2017 prius c, level 4 now....totally happy...i will try to push this 1 out to 300000 miles...

You're nipping at my heels, I'm at about 64500. I know many folks are hesitant about buying the first model year of a vehicle, but I'm glad I didn't listen to those concerns. This has been more reliable than the 2009 Prius liftback that preceded it (and it could be said that the Prius C benefited from the 3-4 years of the liftback development/refinements, so it wasn't a completely new model).

 

I'm at 85,500 miles and going strong.

 

Were you having problems with the 2012? Or you just wanted the upgrades from level 2 to 4?

 

No serious problems, 3 charcoal canisters and some minor noises from the front end...but I also do some Kansas gravel road driving...i absoulty love my 2017 level 4...

I've got noises form the front end at 60k, and have had them for a few years. Never does it when I show the dealer though. It is more noisy in the winter. Did you ever have the noise diagnosed?
