Who has a Winter Gray Prius

First thing I did was pull the hubcaps,use elec. box caps at lowes ,home depot or toyota center caps from ebay,etc.Then black PlastiDip all the emblems.

How do you PlastiDip the emblems without also getting the paint under them?

 

PlastiDip just rubs off the paint,was able to remove front and rear Toyota emblems.Lots of threads on this.

 

I bought a set of 4 center caps from Amazon for $25. Price is right, and it's worth it rather than trying to mess with the electrical box caps from Lowes etc. which will never look right no matter how much you bling it up. Took 2-3 weeks to ship from China, but they look just like factory made.

Each to his own,I like the Lowes caps because I didn't want to 'bling it up'.If I had black lug nuts,I'd put those on too.

You could probably order it from the parts department.

 

Don't forget the matching strip in the front.

 

While you're there, get the satin door exterior door handles. You can find aftermarket covers for the handles, but I've never seen a aftermarket front and rear strip.

 

Mine is winter gray - I love it! Such a sleek color.
