Where is the Prius factory?

Yep... I dreamed of one day owning a used Tesla and never going to a gas station again. Now every time I see a Tesla I see him and get angry. Elon is at long last having his DeLorean moment! I hope the shareholders fire him before it's too late.

Now I dream of one day having a used BYD, Hyundai or Kia EV... Or maybe just an old Sodium-Ion upgraded Nissan Leaf?

The Prius was slated to be built in Mississippi back around 2010. Many things happened during the build of that plant. Toyota had plans to move the Corolla from Canada to Mexico when Trump first ran for office he was threatening Toyota if they built the Corolla in Mexico he would hit them with tariffs. The same time the Numi plant which is now the Tesla plant in California was shared by Toyota and GM. GM dropped the Pontiac brand and gave the opportunity for Toyota to keep the Corolla in the U.S. and kept the Prius production in Japan where is still is made
