June 1, 2012 - Taunton, MA. $3.49 regular, self serve. You have to specify self serve in Taunton. It seems to be the last bastion of full service gas stations in New England. There are still lots of them here.
Here in Northwest Oregon reg gas at Fred Meyer, Warrenton, OR is $4.209 per gallon. Top Tier gas is $4.299 per gallon, reg grade gas. Highest price in the country, Wash. OR, Calif. Oil is $83 / bbl right now, and wholesale gas without tax is $2.66 / gallon. Its been said because of refinery problem in Washington State is the culprit. There is no gasoline shortage anywhere in this area. Went down the coast to Florence OR last weekend and all gas station had all the gas you wanted to buy. Not like it was in the 1970's when gas station had large signs, "NO GAS". Maybe its just me because I went to public school but it just does not seem right.....
$3.079 lots of places around here. I got an additional 5 cents off with my Walmart card so only paid $3.029. Steadily dropping for a few weeks. The news says we have the lowest gas prices in the country in South Carolina. About time we are number one is something good for a change.
$3.17 here today. Veeeery interesting how prices are dropping post-Memorial Day weekend. Typically, they go up this time of year due to higher demand from folks who are taking their crumb-snatchers to go see Mickey. Maybe folks are enjoying "Stacations" this year. I like cheap gas more than most folks do, but I like it better when the economy is cranking out better numbers than I'm seeing at present.
Rub it in, will you . Our prices continued climbing past Memorial Day, averaging $4.33 yesterday. Today it finally dropped a penny, down almost to Wednesday's price.
Yeah....but you get to live out on the left coast. I mean...that has to be worth a little extra gas money---riiiight????
1.25 /litre which is about 4.26 per us gallon i hop over the border to Niagara falls NY and get it for 3.75 a gallon
