What States Offer NO Sales Tax

    Although Washington State does charge sales tax on the balance after trade-in currently there is a law on the books that for years 2009 and 2010 there will be NO sales tax on hi mileage Hybrids. This looks like it was passed in 2005. Very strange, but could save a lot of money for the third generation purchases.
