Look at: cars.com and compare a PIP with a C, the C has a slight advantage with 5 stars and the PIP has 4.5 stars. The PIP is better on the highway. ( for $14,000 more ) Now if you use the PIP like some, gasoline cost are nothing and you have a pure EV.
