De-badged the hatch, and removed the "blue lightning" underlay from the Toyota emblems. And I put on the "OPPO" sticker I recently ordered....

First post after just reading and learning from everybody else for a while. So I've done a few things to my 2015 C One over the past couple weeks.

I put a bunch of Noico Soundproofing around because the road noise was bugging me. In the doors, trunk area, and under the seats a little bit. So far it helps (although not as much as I'd hoped) and hasn't had a noticeable impact on mileage.

I also added a few bits and pieces I got from Japanese web sites. The chrome rings for the steering wheel and cupholder are the one looks-only thing I added. I thought it added a little class to the interior. (pics taken before a much needed Armor-All wipedown)

Little trash containers custom fit for driver and passenger doors are great for keeping the car a little neater on road trips.

C One doesn't have an armrest so I added the same one lots of others on here have added. I used Joe's Sticky Stuff to hold it in place and it's rock solid.

I got seat covers from GT Covers. Haven't finished putting them on yet because it's pretty labor intensive and it's been ridiculously hot, but I'm really happy with what I've managed so far!

I've got the trash bins as well. Being the daily driver small trash is going to happen and it's nice to hide it. I ended up using some hardware store weather stripping around 3/4 of them to stop the rattling I had. That may not be a factor with stock suspension though .

I got new tail lights! Wanted the black ones but all they have left in stock is these clear/chrome ones. I'm going to tint them with VHT nightshades at some point.

Also I have a question. I have seen some other members here who have painted the chrome part of their emblems black. I want to do this too, but I'd rather not use plastidip because it can peel off. I want to use a more permanent paint. Any ideas what I should use?

Best thing I have ever found to do chrome is to stop by a model car shop or jump on your favorite online retailer and search for model car window tint paint. This will give you the black chrome look some Lexus (and maybe Toyota) models had stock.

Really happy with the service I received @ Discount Tire for new wheels and tires, and only $500 out the door after rebates. It will be interesting to see if these new Hankook Kinergy PT tires that are made in USA will perform like higher end tires (i.e. Michelin Defenders), but I'm optimistic so far. Ride and noise are both really good, and the handling improved a lot going from the OE 175/65R15 size to 195/60R15 on these wheels. Hopefully fuel economy will be the same or better with these light wheels, and tires that are supposed to be LRR.

Little disappointing though that the rotors, drums, and calipers are so rusty. Probably going to have to repaint the calipers, and get aftermarket e-coated rotors and drums next time.

Deal hunted and bought a new set of tires (old set was Goodyear Assurance @54k miles and new set is Ecopia) from Costco ($330 total after instant rebates they had).

only complaint is that they put a scratch on one of my rims 20180729_134300.jpg

Pretty sure I saw someone ask if it was possible but I wanted to know if any of you have tried this: Anyone know if you can put or has put the black trim (not sure what it is called) on the bottom of their C that came with the 2017 models?

Finally installed my HU with CarPlay. Loving it. I used some blank switches to fab in the USB and HDMI ports and put them where the dead spots are by the emergency brake. It looks very clean. I also mounted the mic. in the dead spot where the push start button would be. I’m quite proud of how it all turned out.

I also wired LEDs into cupholders and changed the small bulb in the shifter to a blue LED.

Love your center console and dash. Where did you get that? or is that a carbon fiber wrap?

Thanks! It’s hydrodipped. And I have a dash kit in some kind of black wood finish.

I dig the cup holder lights. I've wanted to do at least a dim light there for a while.

I added a hyperdrive (see profile pic). Need some more speed at times if I have to outrun big Corellian ships.
Installed the switch where the Start Stop button should be.
