What do you use the front console space for?

At this very moment what I have in that center console area are a few clean napkins, used kleenex (litter), empty gum wrappers (litter) and a book on tape, oh, and a big bag of sunflower seeds.

My last car was a 2004 Prius and I really didn't like that space when I got my new 2010 and actually still don't like it, it seems like wasted space for some reason.

On my 2004, I used the driver's side door space as my litter container, but the 2010 side door space is much smaller and can't be used in the same manner.

Any suggestions anyone on what to use as a litter container and where to put it in the 2010?

 

I bought a little pop-up garbage can at the local car wash. It has a strip of velcro on the bottom, so I stick it to the floor right behind the center console. Works wonderfully.
