And after looking for an European solution, nobody here in Europe succeeded to disable the reverse beep for the Prius 2, whatever the model, the year, and the way they tried (software like your guide or hardware by finding the buzzer or the wires)
Your trick it's working for the seating belts beep part, but not for the reverse. No luck ;-)

It took me a few tries before I got it mine to work. It takes a near perfect timing (10 seconds)to get it right, but it worked and thank baby Jesus.

Just got my new to me 2007 package 6 last week. Since then I've debadged the trunk and side emblems, put on a shortie antenna, programmed my phone, fixed loose rear bumper trim.

Just ordered interior LEDs, rear license LEDs, parking and side marker LEDs.

In the near future I'll be putting on new tires, maybe wheels too if I find a good price on some FR-S or Corolla S wheels.

Might do the rear wiper delete since I live in Arizona. Waiting for it to rain to see how much rain the rear window collects.

I have some Kicker component speakers to install in the front. Might do the home depot dynamat while I'm in there. Don't like the road noise and rattles.

Going to put in yellow fog lights with yellow vinyl over it.

Going to tint the rear tail lights red, smoke, red.

Possibly EV button and suspension improvements down the line.

The blank slate before I removed the emblems, changed antenna and removed the wheel trim rings.....

Well done. I applied lithium grease to mine this morning. Lifts better since my shocks were still good.

Got the interior LED kit in the mail but it includes the wrong bulbs. The ones that did work looked nice.

Got LEDs from a more competent seller. Installed today. Great upgrade for $9. License plate lights are before and after. Interior shot is with all 4 lights on.

Oil change… Tire rotation….. Parking light bulb replacement….. Replacement of an LED interior bulb…… tried again to swap out License Plate bulbs & failed again….. added LED bulb in trunk, that was successful…. and added the splash guards front and rear

What was the problem you were running into with replacing the license plate light?

Got 4 new tires installed today. Bridgestone Ecopia 422 plus. So far much quieter and more comfortable ride than the Riken Raptor they replaced. Too soon to tell about mpg.

Added a ferrit choke to my aux cable that was suffering the dreaded ground loop (buzzing/humming).

Couldn't go the TSB warranty route since my car is out of warranty.

Good solution for quality, cost ($2) and ease of install (3 minutes).

I almost added a ground loop isolator behind the factory aux plug but it would have been a more involved install and possibly reduced sound quality from previous poster's experiences.

    Thanks man, very appreciated! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1438901408.086759.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1438901457.075251.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1438901499.850370.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1438901577.294847.jpg

Here's a few other pics in no particular order. Ground control coilover sleeves. The wheels are 17x8 f18s (cheap eBay wheel) with 205/45s. That's really all I've managed to get done. Bought the car stock last September. Had a car show I wanted to hit up in June, but didn't want to make the trip in a stock Prius, and all my other toys were sold, so this happened.
