replaced the rear springs but having problems. Excessive knocking when going over the slightest bump. The rubber mounting pad looks okay so what could it be? This car may have been built with the sports suspension or modified before we bought it. I replaced the low riding pimp springs with regular moog springs. It really sounds like the shocks are the problem but I can't seem to figure it out. Replaced the shocks and top mounting hardware but still makes an annoying knocking sounds.

Something is not tight. You should double check all nuts and bolts to make sure they are tight.
I replaced front struts on my van twice before I figured out I needed a deeper socket to tighten the nut.
The socket was slipping and not screwing the nut all the down.
The knocking sound was because the strut was hitting the nut.
I just needed to be smarter than the nut! :)

I would check the top mounts on the rear dampers, if those are loose at all you'll get knocking. You need an open-end wrench and Allen wrench (I forget what size, maybe 10mm?) to tighten them.

Upgrade endlinks to accommodate for the Hotchkis sway bar.

It’s the subframe brace. The lower two piece are what Prius comes with. The top one, solid piece is from certain Lexus/Toyota models ;)

I have Cusco as well except the Cusco lower arm bar. I don’t think it interferes with any bars.

I don't usually post my latest pick up, but this was too good imo. Picked up for a killer deal too. Been going back and forth with refinishing these or not. If I didn't, I'd save money and can just call them my beater wheels. Specs below for those curious:

    Volk Racing CE28
    18x7.5 +33 (squared)

Also picked up a Blitz washable cabin filter from HP. IMG_20190804_185048.jpg IMG_20190803_102659.jpg IMG_20190803_102728.jpg IMG_20190803_123732.jpg

Could you please tell me which Lexus/Toyota models? Or, better yet, give the part number, please?

I'm also wondering if there's a list anywhere of alternate parts for the Gen 3 Prius. Anyone know?

I took my Cusco brace off to replace with that Oem brace. Then again, that Cusco brace was beat up from road rash
