Big thanks to the fellas at Hybrid Pit for sourcing me more OEM parts for my 100k maintenance marathon and offering a pre-cleaned intake manifold & EGR circuit (cooler not pictured). This will save me a lot of downtime rather than soaking all of the carbon build up over 72 hours. Hit them up for your next EGR job if you are local.

 

I didn't take any pics but finally updated the dome, vanity and licence plate lights to LED's. The puddle lights in the doors show up today and I ordered a red third brake light from Hybridpit last week to complete the "red conversion" of the back-end.

HAH, I also got a new sticker from my Dad that says "0-60 Eventually" he still wont let me live down buying a Prius but hes comin around...

 

just changed "hybrid synergy drive" to "Lexus Hybrid Drive".

 

Getting the rest of the stuff ready for this month upcoming SF meet up...?

I bought one of those for my Evo when I started autocrossing. They work really well, you just have to be careful not to scratch your seatbelt where it clamps on. After you get it tightened down you'd might as well be glued to the seat, no more sliding around.

 

Did all the fluids on mine over the Christmas period, that transfer pump makes things so easy

Where did you get your dead pedal?

 

WOW... How'd you guys get the dash out? I'd like to get mine out to add some sound deadening, I have the worst rattle.. Driving me crazy! I know its in the dash. I have one in the dash and one in the passenger seat

 

Have you received this yet? I desperately want to see what this roof spoiler looks like.

 

It's in transit right now, delivery should be tomorrow or Monday at the latest. I'm excited to have a look at it. I'm worried it will require a lot of sanding and filling but hoping it's at least close to ready out of the box.

 

It might I'm very curious about the design though. I havent seen any actual photos of it on a Prius. The generic photo doesn't look much like a spoiler.

I'm really tempted to just buy one of the $60 polyurethane spoilers from eBay and do the wiper delete.

 

Which one on ebay were you looking at specifically?

I've seen I think two pictures of the TK-R wing, and no one has talked about it, that I've seen.

 

Wait did you buy the roof wing or the trunk lid wing? Just realized there's 2 different kinds.
