Grumpy thanks again, got my cargo organizer today and opened it up tonight. Wow.. nice unit, really heavy duty quality and build. And a very substantial base, I cannot see this thing sliding around at all.
I recommend it to anyone thinking about one.

Did my Clazzio covers today... Over all, pretty satisfied. Suspect they'll smooth out ever more after a couple of days.

Stats (I'll try to address all the standard questions):

    $350 shipped
    8 week delivery
    Black with dark grey stitch
    4 hours install
No, they don't interfere with the airbags

Fit is really pretty good, there was one wire on the front seats they didn't seem to account for- I did a little cut out to accommodate.

Reinstalling the rear bench is a little tricky, still can't seem to get the leverage to engage the fastener on one side. The rears were super easy cause the 2012 has rear shock access panels.

& yes......I know my Prii is pretty dirty :p

Over all I pretty happy with the ride & lower stance :D

Also got a chance to swap out the Tanabe STB for a Cusco STB. Thx Bzyrice

Put your knee on the seat where the fastener is and jump on it using your knee. That's how i did it. :) good luck!

Looks good Sean! Are you looking to unload the H&Rs still or have you already sold them? I may be interested and am just down the hill. Could meet you half way one day or something.

Yeah, that Rola organizer is really nice. Very sturdy and yet it folds down very flat when you need it out of the way. The fit between the wheel wells is perfect. I'm completely happy with mine.

Not really. Its not as bouncy as the H&Rs were. I'd say is almost the same.
