Isn't it cheaper to install LED strips along the back?

 

The strips are cheaper and will get you there, but do they look like they belong?

Those liftback LEDs are great! Someone start a new thread if there's going to be a group buy or something. I want a set. Makes you wonder why Toyota put those holes in the liftback but never used them? I'm not a fan of removing panels in my car because they'll never be as tight and squeak free again but this might be worth it.

those panels are also made for accessing the license plate bulbs.. I've taken a bunch of panels off various cars.. As long as you make sure all the clips are ok.. They usually fit back right into place.

I would say more pure white, even tho, I would've preferred a little tint of blue to match the other leds. Nice part is, they wire into the rear light. So they only come on when you open the hatch.

btw, I was able to find a japan supplier for the Garax 3rd stop led lamp, costs around $180 shipped though but that thing is super bright !!!

 

Maybe it's just free shipping to the United States? I still think it's a great deal.

 

Got the same LED interior kit, from iJDMToys. There is a differences, but they looked so cool, I had to put them on.
