What did you do to ur Gen III Prius today????

This week I added Husky floor liners, grey, Prius Plug-In specific. Not a big mod, but it's a start!
I saw Clazzio leather seat covers in a Toyota Camry Hybrid taxi in Washington DC this week also, and I couldn't tell they weren't stock! I plan on getting the two-tone grey seat covers for my PiP.

Does anyone have an idea to replace the red hazard light button on a 2013 Prius? It doesn't fit with anything on the dash, I hate it.

 

When you get the new lip ! Install it and use a heat gun soften the plastic where the exhaust tip is located , use a bottle and roll the lip till proper clearance is needed. This is my setup!

 

Earlier models like my '11 have a dark matching button with just the triangle printed in red. I'm sure that could be sourced with a part number somehow. Here is a pic I grabbed from google.

Since I have added Bright White mirror caps and Bright White wheels to my Prius C two years ago, and Toyota has released the 2016 Prius C Persona edition with the similar idea, except Toyota has gone with black painted wheels and either lime green or pink accent trim. So I was thinking maybe I can purchase the under window trim and paint them bright white....

@Starbrand was asking about the button in my 2011.

 

Either the replacement that everyone is talking about....or an inexpensive but tasteful, easy mod would be to mask off surrounding and spray it with lens tint spray paint and you can tailor to how dark you want it to be.

Orenji, was this reply directed towards me? Ironic part is I'm married with 2 toddlers. One was taking a nap. They are the reason why these wheels are taking forever to be re-polished and put together hahaha. Family first. Lol!

Haha true that! For the record, I put some old bath towels on the counter and put a drain plug in the sink before I started the work. I am still alive today to type this update (wife spared me) lol

 

My point was that you are cleaning and sanding the wheels in the kitchen. You are a lucky man, as my better half would never allow such action in her kitchen!

 

Went to the dealer about seeing how much some of the trim pieces are off the Prius C Persona. It seems one needs a vin number in order to look up parts on this model and to buy parts. So I went to the car on the showroom floor and got the vin off it. The parts guy attempts to look up the parts, but can't find anything, He was going to call Toyota and find out how to order these trim pieces.
