Does anyone know the best way to clean that out?
I assume pulling the headlight out would be easiest.

Yes, pull the headlight housing out and look into the projector from the rear bulb mounting hole. You should only see lens and cutoff shield pretty much. Your problem sounds like there's something else above the cutoff shield obstructing some of the light.

It could possibly be the ground return wire. That should be at the 6 o'clock position.

6 o'clock position, when mounted. He hasn't confirmed if he does indeed have the proper H11b bulbs though.

It's doesn't mention h11b, just H11. They're from xenon supply. And the ground is in the 6 o'clock position just like the right headlight which casts no shadow.

Then the shadow isn't coming from the ground wire, something else is causing the shadow.

That's what I was saying. I'm just wondering how to go about trouble shooting what is causing it

@SwamppThingg You can find those fog covers here: PRIUS ZVW30 Specialty Parts Online Shop - Auto-Style USA - Japan Car Parts JDM Parts

Speaking of fogs, I had mine installed alongside some new LED's in the housing for them, the headlights, park lights (SMDs) and replaced my signals with some Revier DRLs (factory tinted) to match the bug shield & headlight housing.

On the fogs, I had the housing sprayed a matt black pre-install to match the DRLs so it wouldn't contrast (black/silver otherwise, and I'm not a Raiders fan).

Does that scratch off easy? More worried about that someone accidently scrap it with the nail.
