When I first saw the image on Monday, I was like

...someone has the same, cheap, 10/$4, micro fiber towels as me.


Then realization dawned...

...and I recognized the image from my mod thread

 

Replaced the stock tweeter speaker on the dash with JL evolution 3.5 inch speakers. Glad it did fit without cutting the cover except for 1 clip.
I have to reverse the screw holder to accomodate the length the screws are too short.

I screw just one side then screw the other side just to hold the edge of the speakers. I did not remove the speaker ring so when you screw in it uses as protection to the cone edge

Isn't that so annoying!! Even if the charge cord is attached you still have to fish it out and most the time it come unplugged and slips under the seat. ahhhhhh!!! Lol.

I just remembered when I was in Lancaster at the outlets yesterday they had them for 2 for $25 at an as seen on TV / tool store, I should have bought 2 more, could have put a set on my wife's car and returned the bed bath and beyond one... Oh well. Might go back and get some more for Christmas gifts. Lol.

EDIT: the 2 for $25 were the cheap plastic knockoff pouch one. So screw that. Sticking with my shark tank ones. Lol.

Had the 2nd flat in a month (this time not fixable) so I replaced all 4 tires. I went from the Goodyear Integrity set that served me well for 35k miles to the Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max.

On a side note, the stock jack handle SUCKS! Its so small it takes significant effort to torque it around. I could see this as a show-stopper for someone smaller.

 

I will be recording my friends subaru sti pipe sound And will play it just for fun. Hahaha
