No, I just flip the adapter. It's because of LED bulb. I wanted to project the line across instead of putting half a circle on top. From Cheizy picture he did the same.

Yes, I pointed it upward but below the low beam height.. Car is too low to level it. Going to test it at night and find out if I point it too high or not. Don't want t blind people. Might lower just a little

Don't know if the picture loaded, but I'm testing out the Torque app on my Nexus 7. Loaded in the custom Gen III pids and its reading everything. Just gotta figure out what to monitor and how to mount up near the windshield...until I replace the HU with an android unit. Happy times.

Sounds like a normal setup, LED vs HID or halogen, doesn't matter. The cutoff stays the same. If there is a semi circle with flat line cutoff on the bottom, then the light housing is upside down. There is a marking on the mount (UP) on one of the 4 tabs, and an ^ arrow on the back of the light that indicates which side should be oriented up.

    They're also marked L and R.

I feel Ya on the boot.... It sucks! I ended up going through the right boot as I took my rear washer line out and used that boot for my rear hatch led light wires

You are too close on that gutter. It seems you perfected it. Nice rims are those gun metal or silver.

Installed the self-dimming mirror with Homelink in my 2015 Prius Three with solar roof. Instructions provided by Priuschat shop were spot on. I'm happy to have saved over $300 from the dealer's quote.

Sorry to be late to the party, but I did a whole DIY thread on my install.

2013 Prius Two Rear Camera Upgrade - DIY | PriusChat

I'd suggest being patient and disconnect the boot on both ends...it can be done, and it helps a lot. Also, I used an old wire hanger, electrical tape and a healthy application of silicone lube. Push gently, and if it doesn't go through, back up a bit and try again because you might be catching a stray wire not fully taped down on the existing wire harness.

How did your car feel with the spacers? Any noticeable improvement?

    Hi All!
New to the forums...having trouble trying to locate a "How To Library." Is there a sticky somewhere with all of the DIY stuff?

The site probably needs a child/sub-forum under "maintenance" and maybe one for "modifications" which holds DIY threads that the mods feel are the most informative so searching takes less time.

I agree. It seems to be the norm on forums for most other cars. There are a ton of DIYers on this site, it would make sense to have a locked sticky with links to all of the helpful How To write ups.

The site does have this subforum with some really good how-to type threads, but it is not easily found for members not familiar to the site:
