What did you do to ur Gen III Prius today????

Pictures below. It is a very very close fit (mm), it couldn't be any closer, the floor fit's flush, but I could see it touching if you put anything heavy on the floor. Though this would be touching the top of grill. It might be possible to find a slightly smaller grill cover. Thankfully no rattles or buzzing from anything

 

Did this today... bought blind spot mirrors from Canadian Tire, took the lens of their black plastic housing then mounted 'em directly to the side mirrors. Makes it sit flush and more like part of the mirror, IMHO.

 

Did the LED headlight swap. Plus had the reflector painted #070. Haven't seen one like it before and I thought hey, go for it!
These lights are simply amazing.

 

Are those OEM?

 

Been thinking about putting a sub here or doing a bazooka tube, how is the sound? Love the clean look, where is your amp?

 

The sound is great, but I'm pretty sure any sub added to the Prius would sound much better than stock. It would depend if you can give up the space in the trunk for the bazooka, I really didn't want to lose the space. The amp is under the passenger seat.

 

@BPZVW30 That's bad nice person! Was it tough to remove the reflector? I noticed you left a small part of the Orange reflector which is smart.

 

Behind the part he left orange is where the bulb shines through

Thanks @Ramtart. I didn't split the headlight apart, had a shop do this for me so not absolutely sure how those pieces separate. I'm sure someone here will know though.

 

That is correct @Accordlayingkit. This exactly how I wanted to look and function.

 

Gotta bake/heat the lens and separate the lens from the rest of the light unless they were able to get the lens off enough at the corner to take it out.
