Have had my 2014 Prius Four about 2 weeks. Got an Invisible Bra (3/4 hood, complete front end, mirrors, front posts & banner front 1/6 of roof), also got door handle well protectors, Euro splash guards, silver wheel rim trim, chrome Toyota center hub caps, door side moldings, clear door edge guards, rear bumper guard and lastly pinstriping. Would like to get caliper blue covers to match the emblem blue but can't find any 15 inch wheel compatible ones, don't want to paint them.

I finally had my Cusco 4 point center brace installed under the car today after lying around my home for a few months. The shop charged me 1/4 of an hour, so $20 dollars to do so very fair price for labor. I would have loved to done it myself but do not have the time.





The OEM brace looks really rudimentary compared to the Cusco one; almost as if it was made in the bronze era. It probably costed 5$ to fabricate at some metalwork sweatshop in Japan. There are scratches that gouged off some paint on the OEM brace. No rust has occurred so I am guessing it is aluminum.



As usual, I hit gridlocked traffic on the way home so could not tell any driveability change with this new brace. The true test is during hard cornering where I hope there will be less flex. Other than that, I am going to call it a shiny bolt-on gimmick for now

Oh, and with the new dashcam, I caught the mechanic take a quick joy ride and try to gun it down the street with my car. LOL.

 

lol how did u go about hooking up your dash cam? To the Homelink Mirror and wires hidden as far as the front goes?

 

Accordlayingkit: I'll post a review on the dashcam install later. I haven't fully hid the wires yet. I don't have homelink mirror but I managed to hide most of the power wires underneath the roofliner, and a-pillar rubber.

Haven't seen much activity from you lately. Have you run out of things to do to the car?

 

Shoot the headlights were a pain n the nice person and took a few days.... I got the rear cargo leds (the 2 big square ones that go n the rear hatch) I need to install then I need to take my rear nozzle out and cover it up and move my rear roof wing down some overtop of that. The I got something pretty big I'm working on getting then doing some mod to it... but of course that's a secret lol everything left I wanna do cost a good amount of cash flow

 

Got 75k on a 2011 Prius two the seats need cleaning. Any suggestions on a seat cleaner?

Took PlusIV to get an oil change. Was funny to watch the porter call other employees over to look at the mods on my car. Don't think they ever seen an electronic shifter before.
