Nope. I'm a klutz. Professional install by a tint guy.

 

3m tint. Feels so much cooler inside.

 

Week 1 : 3m ceramic tint 5% rear/ 20% front

Week 4: D Power by Dronell, made in Japan ... 17x7 +40 offset, Wrapped with Bridgestone Ecopia 245/55/17. Super rare because the company stopped importing to the U.S about 10 years ago. I remember seeing these before Work Emotion CR Kai's showed up over a decade ago. Wheels weigh 18.1 pounds each, hopefully the MPG hit isn't too much.

I wish the prius 4/5 would come with a backup camera equipped with the red/yellow/green proximity lines as in this pic. Is this a feature of the camera? Is this an easy mod?

in 4 and 5 toyota should offer the backup camera. jdm trim G and above comes equiped with the auto parking system that has the backup camera with trace lines that also tilt when the steering is turned. I have imported a jdm trim L which came installed with the Nav system and the backup camera as G trim.

 

It was pretty easy. the lines are built in the camera.

I also bought the BCUS2 from beatsonic. Install took about a couple hours. I followed a few peoples threads on here on taking apart the dash.

Do the lines bend when the wheels are turned? I wonder if this is a function of the camera, nav unit, or both? I wonder what it would take to upgrade the USDM cars that already have a back-up camera...

 

Ok no poking fun at me haha! I was laughing at myself it's ok. I know it's in desperate need of coils or springs. But I just had to move on from the Stocks. I hated them. These were cheap and not bad looking at all. I would have gotten XXR's if they had 5x100 in a similar wheel. They definitely have potential.

Car will look allot better lowered I think. If I had the $$ I would have gone 17's and I really wanted AG wheels but instead of $3,800 in wheels and tires I spend $450 lol!!

Now I just need to make my Tein H Tech's or if I can get coils. I think the H tech will do for now though.
