More info on cusco rear brace and adjustable LED flasher? I'm bringing a rear hatch 'Toyota' emblem to replace the Prius emblem if anyone's interested.

Got the deck installed by sfv41901 today. Just minor issue. Hopefully the canibus fix backup camera and control buttons. Was missing that in my packaged from seller. The Android boot up very slow and take awhile to link to phone. I managed to install Waze and KODI earlier. Just need to play around. I also notice during USB playback it crashed the song. Totally weird vs the stock deck. Added an additional USB in the top glove compartment. Very nice charging phone or playing music.

 

Where the pictures at? Did the mod party extend to a day-2?

 

Yesterday's Mod Party was a lot of fun but I did a terrible job with taking pictures. I forgot to take a group picture with the crew and I did not take much pictures at all because I was too busy being a groupie!

 

The Fraternal Brothers of Prius Mod Party meet went great yesterday...SFV41901 (Sean) as usual was busy the whole day...

I know we need to document progress here hmmm...Pizza Beer Chicken, sorry no BBQ....Plenty of front bumper drops...RJ got fogs, led mirror mod, Jason got APEX throttle control, Ron got his plugin bumper grill..and Dylan was on it with a whole lotta dash board LED mods... I got my black headlights, and yellow projector fogs redone...(Sean had to pull apart my back seat and trunk to run a power line with a fuse from the battery to my foglight switch...he finish that mod and remove my driver side door panel to verify I got the right components for the upcoming folding mirror mod...Here's Sifu Dylan's work..

Well what a great day, and night, for kicking tires and talking Prius. Thanks for everyone who showed up...... But if we had a Longest Distance trophy, it would of gone to @saulbassfan friend and Prius owner, Ziro and his family from Japan...

So it's now official, our Mod Parties have gone global.. Lol.........

 

It was fun as usual. Lot of laughs, kicking tires. My friend and fellow Prius owner Ziro from Japan stopped by with his family. I grabbed some in-n-out with them. We got a little photo op before he left.

With Ziro aka 04motoring on Instagram. Had an interesting conversation with him during lunch about Prius car scene with him, and the popularity of USDM styles Japan. In Japan they have 2 big meets for Prius. One in May and one in September. Hopefully during my visit, I'll be able to attend.

I threw on my new valve caps and Masta S changed out my lower front grill. I had experimented with chrome strip tape before buying an actual plug-in grill off Roger.(old grill in photo above)


Since the plug-in grill was silver and unpainted black plastic, I decided to mimic the non plug-in grill. So I had the grill shot in black. The only thing I was after was the chrome on top portion of grill. This piece is completely different from non plug-in grill, with a removable chrome piece.




Front Modellista lip was also removed so I can have reprayed by Stancenation showoff on Aug 20. The door panels were also removed, so I could get Clazzio material upholstered.
