Everything in the app suite works fine, except for the stats on the ECO Dashboard are not updating. You can still bring it up. Remote Climate works fine, you just won't get an email telling you it started and stopped if you had it scheduled. It still works fine.

All, I just got a call from Chris (level 3 tech support) in Dallas. They've done everything they can with the permissions and access they have. Now they are internally escalating this to their support partners (read network and server gurus) to take this further. These are the back end folks that run/monitor the servers and network. It's still active and he hopes to have a resolution by next week at the latest.

Thank you to everyone that called in. This helped escalate this beyond a single user issue.

So I take it that they are aware that this is a problem for many of us and it will be addressed at some point in the next week? (Do you have Chris's # if you need to contact him later on?)

    They are aware now.

I just call the support number that I've posted 3-5 times above and reference my case number. He's in the office through Friday.

Same issues here. Can use charge management to check charge status without problem, but no emails on charge completion since 9:20AM EST on Dec 18. ECO dashboard sheep are still present, but last update was 37 hours ago at 7:25AM EST on Dec 19.

Took my first longer trip this month today: about 65 miles round-trip. Used the engine charge feature when the traction battery level got down to 30% and arrived at my destination at 80%. Fully recharged using the 120-volt EVSE which came with the Prime and then returned home, again using the engine to charge for the mid-part of the trip, arriving at about 50%. Now fully charged on my home L2 charger. The gas gauge was full when I started and has not changed.

I sure would like to see the Entune ECO dashboard stats for this trip.

Me too. I did a 100+ mile trip on the 19th. I'm "hoping" that we don't loose the history for these days after the 18th. I did not ask, but I'm hopeful.

UPDATE: I just now received data for/through the 19th. Nothing for the 20th yet. This is progress.

UPDATE: We have clearing constipation. I just received a charge notification email (first in 3 days) at 9:11am. I would have normally gotten this around midnight. The email header info shows it is today's charge notification.

    Things are getting better!

This morning, 12-21-17, Eco Dashboard shows 12-20-17 info up to am portion of day, but not the afternoon data, and no sign of info for 18th and 19th:sob: How devastating for this OCD owner!! Those were some of my MOST efficient days!
Neighbor, please! It's just a game! AND I FINALLY found an easy-access ChargePoint station, with several available functioning chargers, 1/2 mile from 2 of my frequently visited clients!! Oh happy day!! Why, I could splurge electricity and once again drive on the freeways!!?

Seems to be getting back to normal. When I checked at about 8AM, there was an update from yesterday at 7:43AM. Then, later in the morning, the ECO Dashboard updated thru 4:46PM yesterday afternoon.

4:46PM was about the time I started the return portion of my 65-mile trip. Because I did not get home until about 6:30PM, the stats probably don't reflect the entire trip.

However, my fuel consumption ranking went from 1st place to 146th place, and my ECO Driving Score went from 31st to 136th.

At least the sheep, sun, rainbow, oranges, pine trees and flowers are still there. For the moment.

Screenshot_20171221-123323.png My ECO dashboard updated to today December 21, 2017 and I got a call from Toyota saying they issued a patch to fix the issue and wanted to verify that in fact that it's fixed

All, I was out depleting my 33 miles of EV this morning. While I was gone, I received a call from Level 3 support.

Chris said they had determined there were server issues. (no duh, I tried to tell them that 3 days ago) They think they are resolved, but . . .

He wanted me to do a Entune vehicle system reset. Here's where it's interesting. To do this, I need to drive for a minimum of 15 minutes, stop, power the car OFF for 5 minutes, then drive again for 15 minutes minimum and power off again and let the vehicle upload.

I sort of did this before he called, but the timing may have been off so after I recharge, I will go out and do the requested procedure and post results here.

Right now, I'm still on the 19th's data.

I suspect things are still back logged a bit.

After I got back from driving this morning, it took me almost 10 minutes to connect to do a charge now command via the app. It usually connects in about 20 seconds. I think things are still being messed with on the back end.

Modern technology. Why when I was a boy we walked to school and back in snow drifts uphill both ways and liked it.
