    Whew, 32 hour hiatus without electricity, finally over. Apparently our long drought weakened a lot of trees, and a bit of a blow yesterday morn knocked 'em onto power lines all over town.

    He chased a rat out of it once. :) And his name (no kidding) is Chase.

    You know: look at that, then look at the Gen IV, thanks but no thanks. The third gen looks like a manatee, all cool curves, and refined, harmonious. Fourth gen, oh man: like some sort of diabolical weapon, all cutting edges, aggressive headlight eyes, and so forth. Yuck.

    We bought a 2015 Magnetic Gray Metallic Prius v over the weekend. A benefit of this color is that it helps to hide the front end design. ;)

    Mendel - last night we had some good storms come in, so I got the wash bucket ready and watched the winds howl and eventually the rain came and the washing began. Got both cars nice and clean. Later I pulled them in the garage and wiped them off with a microfiber towel. They look great and it was a lot of fun. :)
