Android phone with Waze and/or Google Maps. Even if you could have the in-dash NAV be state-of-the-art the day you buy it, you're going to be stuck with it for 3, 5, 10, 15 years...or what if the gov't switches to a different standard? Technology evolves too quickly to have this kind of a thing permanently bonded to the car, especially when you can get something better for a fraction of the price. What we really need is some kind of dock in the center stack that you can just pop a tablet in and out of.
