Why wasn't this feature offered across the line? Ditto the Eco's higher pressure extra low rolling resistance tires?

Did your dealer do that? Think mine would too. Wouldn't mind the softex myself but likely my dealer would likely offer real leather too with the heated front seats. I could live without either but if you can get them on a Two Eco, why not?

Cost? But it's been mentioned a few times since I've said that, that the IR windshield isn't mentioned in the literature in US models so it may not have made the journey across.

Also, higher pressures = rougher ride. I think Toyota is expecting hardcore PriusChatters (and other hypermilers) to go with the Eco model and they know we tend to increase our tire pressure. For the general public, the lower tire pressures are fine because they balance fuel economy, wear and ride comfort.

I did it through the dealer on the first car. On the second car, I went straight to the aftermarket supplier used by the dealer. Saved ~$300. However, the aftermarket supplier said they would not have given me that price had they not known me from the first car.

Thanks, Dude! Like Emilio, I'm thinking of getting a Four and adding fog lights. Not sure how I missed that thread.

(1-car garage) + (1 wife) = no garage for Tony.

Not only is it ill-advised to use extension cords when charging, I'm simply not going to run a cord outside. Especially not when it's sub-zero. The condo HOA would never allow me to build an outdoor plug-in next to my driveway. So no; no garage, no plug-in.

I was (almost) positive the Three Touring has SofTex seats?
And my basic Three model has an adjustment in the settings for the headlamps auto-off timer.
(Maybe these items have already been corrected in the post?)

Wonder if the car settings on the head unit are replicated on after market units. I've seen threads where folks installed such units and have wondered about the car specific apps and settings.

Even the sales people at the dealerships are not able to explain this clearly - They are hiding behind "You know more than I do" OR Let's check together. How shameful...

Toyota.com lists the One as 3,075 lbs as well (it's probably a few pounds lighter with the missing items but I guess they didn't bother relisting it since it falls in the same EPA category. Plus, it appears they still is the "starting at" price as the Two).

TSS-P info didn't save, @TonyPSchaefer . It still shows optional for Three & Four.

Just an update to this visual table, the three touring does not come with and power seat at all. Still manual. Power seat only comes on the four touring. Found that out at the dealership last night.

Seems my auto stop and collision warning system is working very well these days since I adjusted the sensitivity to max distance.

Either that or I am becoming a road hazard, TBD
