Useless tools, unable to change the wheel - awful quality.

The best I could find - the brochure online, don't look like kithmo's wheel nuts - though it's a bit hazy:

They look like nice chrome ones in the options, ours are some dirty grey metal, possibly galvanised steel, which spoil the look of the wheel IMO.

Had a friend with a Toyo Pickup. He had new tires and wheels installed. Lost two wheels the first day due to lugs breaking! Tire store had to replace all the lugs on all 4 tires as well as damaged items!

I think you'll agree that that was a freakish one-off event rather than a regular occurrence. (n)

I have had trouble with tire shops twice.
I had an old Ford pickup truck and had the Goodyear dealer install the wheel. I wasn't too far down the road and something didn't feel right.
I stopped and the wheel was loose. These were cheap aftermarket wheels and the way they were made if you didn't pay attention the lug nuts have a taper on the end and wouldn't center the wheel on the nut. They would pull up tight but you had to pay attention to make sure they would center. It's a matter of doing the same job every day like a robot and not really watching what you are doing.
I will save my best tire job for another day.
