Here used motor oil is relatively easy to dispose of. One quick oil change place near us has a waste oil tank, takes it. The only issue, I'm NOT leaving the container, just want to pour out the oil. And they've started getting sticky: won't let me pour it. Which means standing around often. And during Covid, c'mon, just let me pour it and go. Nope.
