havn't heard a peep up here. we've moved on to whitey bulger.

 

There's a hearing scheduled for tomorrow.

 

I think we are dealing with some highly trained lifeguards and pool cleaners here. Didn't anyone try and scoop that large item from the deep end? For two days!

 

it's going to be a long slow process of fact finding and finger pointing.

 

And the finger pointing has begun. The inspectors' attorney argues that the pool was the State's responsibility..
