Here is a TSB with the part you posted above and a bunch of DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes)
You may want to double check the trouble codes, if the dealer will supply you with them, or if not

get a second opinion asking specifically for the DTC's if any.

The Translator Kit POWE #04899-47070 is listed on page 3
along with the other inverter parts.
This may or may not be related to your cars issue. You'd need at very least the DTC's from your car to be fairly sure.

@Rmay635703 , thanks for the encouragement to inquire about the goodwill warranty! I googled and found this article about how Toyota changed their handling goodwill warranty requests. That inspired me to email the service manager at my Toyota Dealership and inquire whether that would be a possibility. And just for good measure I attached the TSB provided by @vvillovv above!

And..... 30 minutes later I got a call from the dealership that the entire $2200 cost would be covered by Toyota!

What a great outcome, and it never would have happened without the awesome supportive group here on PriusChat!

Just to clarify and close out this issue, Toyota said they covered this repair because it was covered by the TSB https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10187254-9999.pdf that @vvillovv directed me to, and that I supplied the dealership with.
Both the dealership and corporate had previously told me that based on the VIN, there was nothing that would cover it!

I was surprised as you were as I wasn't sure the TSB included your car.
Best of luck with your car in the future.
