Toyota Plug-In Ship Carriers

Does anyone know for sure that the New Century 1 is carrying cars that had a "In transit to port" date of 2/27? That's my date also, but I was thinking mine would be on the CSAV Rio Grey which departed 3/6.

 

I believe if its "In transit to port" it means its already on a ship and New Century 1 left 2/28. Erica already commented on this translation in this post. So yeah its on the New Century 1.

 

This will make some So Cal people happy (including me!)... The Pyxis has just left the Port of Benicia! Heading toward Long Beach and will arrive late Saturday night / early Sunday morning.

 

Oh yaaay about PYXIS! My C is on there! I was thinking it may be late because of the weather we are about to endure but I didn't realize it was arriving that early on Sunday! Wooohooo, I'm so excited

Yeah. Dealer has confirmed my car is on the Pyxis also. Due in port 3/18, scheduled to be prepped 3/21, and delivered to dealer 3/23 or 3/24. Can't wait.

Century Highway No 2 is approaching the mouth of the Columbia River on its way to Portland, Oregon with a load of Toyotas including my PiP!

According to Appleway as far as they know mine is still at the port, they have no delivery time frame yet. I Would expect it shortly! I hope but, if not I now know it will be on the same train as yours! :cheer2:

 

Oh ok I was just wondering because I'm getting my C from Carson Toyota and they told me I'd get it anywhere from the 21st-23rd. I can't wait and I know you can't wait either for your car to arrive too!

Pyxis is almost at the Long Beach port! Few more hours

 

my order page says in transit to port 3/10/12. It will be going to Baltimore. Any ideas on the ship it might be on? Thanks!

 

I think my PIP is on that ship. I am so looking forward to getting this car.
I presently drive a Mazda CX-7 that burns premium gas, and gets 20 MPG and 300 mi per fill. I am spending at least $80.00 a week on gas.

My commute to my day job (consult in evenings) does not have a outside plug, but I should be able to use all of the EV on back roads.

Massachusetts does not have many charging stations, not even at the malls... I hope to see more popping up.....
