Tired of the CMax being compared to the v

Ford discontinued Cmax production for the US in mid-2018.

 

Having had both in the household, (at the same time for a while), I can say the C-MAX felt more luxurious and more powerful. My parents still have their v, whereas my wife traded the C-MAX for a Honda Clarity PHEV...

 

5 people, a big dog and lots of overnight bags plus a large storage box of horse riding paraphernalia in my v last night. cMax impossible. I measured them both when buying. I love the v's utility. Could just about everything about the v be improved? Sure, it is an 8 year old design. But it sure has done well what I bought it for. See MPG below. See reliability. See positive dealer experience (gasp). And most of all utility.
