Tire Valve Caps, Tiny!

You are not alone, those valve stem caps are somewhat difficult to R & R with the hubcaps on.

"Screw" driver tool with "stick'em" goo is a good answer.

I'd doubt the cap went into the brake system (calipers), yet if it did I'd look closer in, around and behind the rotors.
Maybe use high pressure compressed air and blow out the area?

Take a cap to the hardware store and get a 6" length of rubber tubing that will fit over the cap with a little pressure. You can then press the tubing over the cap and twist the hose to easily remove the cap. Using the hose you can also thread the cap back on and tighten it up and then pull the hose off

Is it tricky getting an air hose on too? Seems like cover removal has several advantages.

At least 4th Gen rims are not ghetto-black.

 

I agree, keeps them preserved upon selling, no longer have to concern yourself, easier to clean wheel AND
fill tires. Also nothing can hide in back of hubcaps and plot against you. Tomorrow is “ Hubcap Freedom Day”
If this works out, next project will be to remove wheels!

 

The other day I was checking out the fit of these 15" PIP rims. Why Toyota didn't go with something like this from the get go, ditch the wheel cover nonsense, is beyond me.

In Europe, and I think the UK, the Prime comes with nice alloy wheels from the get-go. No plastic frisbees.
