    To a local a mall-store which shows a wall-size, live-view, real-time cam-shot of Huntington beach, Calif.

    It's always sunny, -- if it's 8 PM here in the east, it's 5 PM & sunny at Huntington.

    So, here's the plan Janis --
    1. Find out where that camera is.
    2. We'll set a day & time.
    3. Show up on the beach in your most outrageous duds ;),
    and wave.
    But I won't be able to wave back:(

    Absolutely!! Happy Happy birthday Hyo Silver. We don't really cellabrate Halloween in Australia. A few kids may come around in the evening for some lollies, but it is not a big thing here.
