No chirps, but would a very loud co-worker count?

The next poster is already looking forward to the weekend.

Yes... and no. Saturday is the wedding. I'm ALMOST finished with the quilt (only a week's worth of work to do on it tomorrow. Yes, it will be done. seriously). My dress arrived (stepmother of the groom), and it looks absolutely fabulous!!

The next poster is baking cookies (only because I have to. What the hell was I thinking, signing up to bring cookies? I don't even WANT to go to the stupid meeting!!!)

No, didn't watch anything but the news and weather tonight. And read parts of a couple of books.

The next poster is looking forward to going out to dinner tomorrow night.

(janis, who would have guessed there would be so many different flavors of hershey kisses? I have strawberry, mint truffle, hot cocoa, pepermint/white chocolate, 'trio'(white/milk/dark chocolate), and cheesecake kisses currently in the desk candy bowl.)

    Why, sure!

The next poster would like to report, his dog, (EQ) had to stay at a pet hospital, but he is getting better all the time. If he eats at 0800 today, and keeps it down, maybe he comes home this afternoon. They think that he is going to make it, and that he is almost done with the hardest part of this virus.

    Yeah!

Or maybe the next poster has something else to report.

Well, yeah. There's some truth to that. I never believed how many work hours I could squeeze into one week.

The next poster is driving a rental car and now can better appreciate the fuel costs savings afforded by driving her/his pri pri.

The next poster found a compost pile on their property today that they didn't start.

Ha ha. If you consider animal manure part of composting then why, yes. I have a whole zoo of wild animals in my back yard that eat a lot and then....well....you know.

The next poster is has been working very hard to achieve an end goal that is finally being realized.

    I was.

The next poster will be sad to hear, that at 1700 hours today, my puppy EQ died. He was getting better, but at 1400 he suddenly took a turn for the worse, and then just died, in my hands. He was so tired; I think he fought all he could. I am so sad.

Nope, I only made one trip to the auto parts store this week to return some stuff. I can sympathize with your tribulations on the m-b, though. It sounds like the time I had to replace the rack and pinion on my Honda. Twice. Because after 10 hrs of tearing out the old one and installing the "NEW IN THE BOX FROM THE PARTS STORE" one it leaked as bad as the old one!

The next poster is listening to an indescribable CD from Ghostland Observatory and planning on feeding it to the PriCD player for rockin' out on the drive home.

No. Actually, I have never heard of Ghostland Observatory. Interesting name.

The next poster recently tried to get into a car in a parking lot that looked just like theirs, but wasn't.

(T.J. I am so sorry about the little puppy. You did your best and he gave it a good fight.)

No, but last week we had a red, white and blue Pri all waiting at the same stoplight.

The next poster thinks there has been way too much bad stuff happening to the regular posters here, and hereby commands the return of good karma.

(So sorry about your sweet pup, TJ.)
