Yes, it's been a long day and dinner is 10 minutes away. Galaxee - good luck to your DH - I hope the treatment brings him some relief. The next poster is not a morning person but their job forces them to be.
If I'm not at work by the time you go to bed, TJ, I will be LIVING in a VAN down by THE RIVER! The next poster had a rude awakening this morning from their new alarm clock, which, due to user error, was on the harsh buzzer setting not the pleasant music setting.
My alarm clock always produces a rude buzzing. I really should get one of those nifty ones that wakes you up with classical music or dolphins singing or something like that. The next poster is very happy with the election results in Australia.
I'm happy if you're happy But I don't know who one. The next poster knows how to play bridge (this poster is taking lessons)
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(AuntBee @ Nov 27 2007, 12:05 AM) </div> Nope. No interest in Bridge. I asked my Dad to teach me Pinocle once but he said I wasn't old enough. I am now but not interested anymore. I used to know how to play Canasta. (and Mah Jong.) What can I say? I hung around with old relatives in my youth. The next poster picked up everything they need to repair their furnace for $3.00 and is going to have heat tomorrow. (And save $$$$ by not calling the plumber back.) <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(sparkyAZ @ Nov 26 2007, 08:03 PM) </div> Oh, gawd. I am so NOT a morning person. And I've had to get up for work at 6 am for 30 years. It's getting harder and harder every year. I am so ready to retire and sleep in.
Who? The next poster is hooked on Tila Tequila (a shot at love) and thinks it's so bad that it's good.
Tila Tequila? What happened to Brandy? The next poster knows very well that TJ's lawyer-sounding group is Yes, not Who.
nope, that's a little before my time. the next poster is running about 2 days behind and feels the pressure.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(galaxee @ Nov 27 2007, 12:35 PM) </div> Yes, the more hours I work, the further behind I get. Shtuff happens, though and it will just have to wait (thankfully no deadlines looming). <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(galaxee @ Nov 27 2007, 12:35 PM) </div> Thank goodness for Itunes. The next poster thinks "Leave It" is one of the best, most underplayed Yes tunes and it would coincidentally make a good title for another thread here on PC.
I do like that song...so Yes will work for my answer. The next poster is already sick of Christmas ads.
Oh man, yes I do! I think I even had a set at one time. The next poster still has their Strawberry Shortcake tin trash can that they got when they were in kindergarten.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(orionll @ Nov 28 2007, 06:03 PM) </div> No. But if I'm not careful I will soon as it's been pretty dry. The next poster is stuck (again) doing the job of their deadbeat co-worker tomorrow in addition to a very full day of their own work.
