Nope, no traveling in store for the holiday weekend so I'll be sleeping here.

The next poster hopes galaxee is feeling MUCH better today and things are looking up for her because her P.C. friends would miss her if she took a hiatus.

I am counting down but not sure what. I thought I was going to get out of the office a couple of hours ago, but the bigwig in the front office asked me to stick around while she does some important business in case she needs computer or communications support. So, I'm sitting here in my office twiddling my thumbs curious how much longer it will be.

The next poster wishes they didn't go to this jazz club last night staying out way past their bedtime, causing them to spend the whole day at work on only about 4 1/2 hours of sleep. ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.

 

Nope. Got at least 5 hours.

The next poster is going to be (sadly ) unable to spend very much time with all of the wonder, super-smart Prius people, due to total life inversion.
(new full time job , going back to school full time :mellow: , massive construction on the house , first baby on the way :huh: , weeks outside the country , and complete brain failure :blink: )

The next poster is looking through their window watching the helicopters circle the World Rally Championship site just across the river, AND is looking forward to going to the big game tonight (Ranfurly Shield challenge!), AND now must disassemble a night-stor and lug it out to the shed.

Nope. Got tired of having the house be a destruction site, so shipped the kid 3k miles away to college!

The next poster is VERY excited about having tickets for tomorrow night for the last pre-Broadway performance of Mel Brooks' new musical, Young Frankenstein, in Seattle. (AND having found a hotel for tonight so s/he doesn't have to sleep in the Pri...)

That is true. Haven't been in ages--can anybody suggest a good one? I have two movie passes in my billfold that I won at work. Maybe I'll use them this holiday weekend.

YES. Starving. But not for popcorn with funky toppings. I like all of my food pretty plain. Can't stand flamin' hot Cheetos or any of the flavored tortilla or corn chips. Never liked BBQ potato chips, not even as a child. And don't use guacamole or sour cream on my Mexican food. Baked potato with only salt, please. It's 3 pm and I haven't had lunch yet so really hungry.

Nope, I'd rather be drawn & quartered than go shopping. Thank heavens for the internet & UPS. I saw Prii of every color and stripe in Vancouver, B.C., and zillions of them. Also many very cute Smart cars.

The next poster wonders if Galaxee's DH wouldn't be in professional heaven in Vancouver, and how portable is her graduate work?
