Turning in the wind, maybe. It can't possibly be the end of summer yet, so the leaves must be green. The next poster has had all the armchair gardening they can stand for one day, and is going outside to play in the dirt.
finally received that new headlight assembly to replace the broken one in DH's car yesterday if that counts. hooray for two headlights that face straight out the next poster is looking forward to driving a lexus for the first time ever tonight. (hey, cheap excitement is good!)
cheap excitement that looks expensive is even better! Hope you like it after all that. The next poster goes for consistent, frequent full body massages. (No, I'm not that lucky right now)
Yep... just had one last week as a matter of fact. It was a full 80 minutes of pure bliss... The next poster doesn't understand why carpet stains seem to disappear after cleaning and then reappear days later. Is it magic?
No, just fate. There's something entropically inevitable about carpet and dirt. The next poster, still thinking about galaxee's illuminating thoughts, thinks the kind of headlights that help you find your way around corners are just fine, too.
(Cute picture!) No, but I'm on cheesecake high--went to the Cheesecake Factory tonight. The next poster is thinking about going back to school.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(SSimon @ Aug 25 2007, 11:39 AM) </div> Nope. But I had more mosquito bites this summer than I had last summer due to no window screens during house painting during excessively hot weather. The next poster just had or is going to soon have a garage/yard sale.
(Godiva, I think you must have skipped a page). I'd like to have a garage sale, but would entail having to get up very early on a Saturday morning, so no. The next poster had a fabulous weekend and almost hates to see Monday roll around again.
well, i'd like another day of weekend but i'm also a good chunk of the way through data collection on my experiment and would like to see how my results turn out. plus monday's one day closer to the first paycheck we'll have in three weeks, which is always good. [ssimon: i completely understand on the ulcer. i had to modify a lot, no more soda! my dad and even my 21 y/o sister have similar problems, it's familial.] the next poster would open their windows to let all the nice 77 degree air in, except for that nasty 90% humidity.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(galaxee @ Aug 27 2007, 12:51 AM) </div> About right. The next poster used to be addicted to Coke (and the classic kind), and now is addicted to Coke zero. Which may or may not be a good thing.
Nope, nice & dry now that we're back in the desert after 10 days of coastal frizz! The next poster is suffering from end of summer ennui.
Nope! Summer would have had to arrive first The next poster is very happy to have new tires on the Prius
No...But we were half-staffed today due to people out sick or with broken down car. Hope you feel better soon Galaxee. The next poster went grocery shopping this evening because it's a penny item night at Publix and made a meal out of samples of food (Ms. Cheap would be proud of me!)
