    yes, we met when i was 17 and he was 21... fell in love almost a year later.

    thanks ssimon! :D we are also quite excited to have found such a gem. the folks that rent the place were the first builders to bring solar to durham... they are now retired but still active in the sustainable energy field and rent a number of solar apartments they built a couple decades ago.

    Very cool. How nice is that that you get to save money too! That's the cost of two massages, one for hubby and the other for you! Maybe you'll be kind enough to post your experiences with passive solar as time goes by.

    Nope, those went off when the mudflaps went on. +1 ish for not having those -1 to2 mpg for the muflaps... hopefully even trade.
