I remember researching this and calcium absorption is best realized in an acidic environment. You may not be doing yourself good by relying on an antacid for calcium supplementation. Check into this.

And YES! I love post it notes. They're strewn all over my desk. I rely on them to keep me organized but I don't think it's working.

Not quite. Wife is doing a morning prayer with some women from the church while I go to an addiction recovery group. Addiction to nicotine can linger for a even when you haven't used for over a year and a half.

Amazing, definately Elvis, and while Bob has written some classics, I much prefer his songwriting to his, 'um singing - I have a HUGE CD and MP# library and only have cover versions of his tunes (check out the Headstones' version of Tweeter)
