Mag gray rules on so many levels. I'm in. While we're at it, let's start a list of the reasons magnetic gray is most awesome. I'll start, - The Prius design is in part defined by it's powerful magnetic motors.
oops, count me out. dealer would only give me $24000 on trade of my 06 black w/6000 miles (nav, leather), which I actually thought was pretty fair, but they wouldn't go below MSRP on the new mag grey, so I would've had to come up with $5500 plus ttl to get the 2007. oh, well. rpm

In since September... On an OT note I went into the parking lot to go home and found my Prius sitting comftorably with two other Prii in a row. Nice company but the grey stood out
Just bought mine on the 22nd! 07 Mag Gry package 6 Every single person I know without exception has commented on how much they like the color. For me it was between this, the whie or the black. Over my 9 months of shopping I knew I didn't want another silver car (got stuck with no color choice with my 04' Auto Trans Diesel WV Golf) and though I've always wanted a Green car, that pale mint color just doesn't do it for me. Give me a rich Forest Green and I'm there but until then, Magnetic Grey is perfect. With Black the car can sort of disappear at night, MG has just the right amount of lightness that it shines out.
I've been in since Feb. 5th. Only 1 fillup so far. We should, however, correctly name the club as Toyota has named the Color - Magnetic Gray Metallic And like others in the North - with a powdering of White Road Salt
Joined the gray club in January. Had my choice of Silver, Black, White or Magnetic Gray Metallic. Gray just looks cool! The road salt shows on the gray, but black shows ALL dirty stuff!!
I've been a proud owner of a magnetic grey Prius for all of 5 hours now..and I LOVE IT!! I've been searching for one, and happened to stumble upon the exact one I wanted. I can't wait to get out there and not have to fill up on gas
If anyone's looking for a new mag grey in the Twin Cities of MN, there is one in stock at Walser Bloomington Toyota, now that I passed on it this past Saturday. Touring edition, NAV, but no leather. (My plan was to add heated seats and aftermarket leather in a darker grey.) I believe MSRP was $28.5. I highly recommend Bridget Q-E there as a salesperson. (Please tell her Rob and Jody sent you.) They won't discount off MSRP, but I do have some coupons for $250 off that anyone can use. Plus you can get the tax credit before the amount drops again at the end of next month. Rob M

Wooooo Hooooo!!!!!! I am so in!!!! I have had Maggie since 7/12/06. I so love this car....the gas milage is on the rise, so spring is around the corner!!!
[attachmentid=6761] I'm so in. Today was the day the dealer did the Simonize treatment, she looked so pretty with all the road salt washed away I had to take some pics. Two weeks ago, I was polarized over going black or silver, but the attraction to mag grey was undeniable.

Just looked on the U.K. Prius site and that is indeed the same. Why do they have a different name for EVERY color (or colour, as they say there)? "Astral Black"? Sounds like a cross between Metallica and Yanni.
