There are many things that enter into the mileage results. I live west of Boston and my wife drives it every day to Boston and Back (about 350 Miles per week). We have had the car for 14 months its a 2006, and we have 22,900 miles on it. I have increased the tire pressure to the 42 & 40 as was recommended here, I have been using full synthetic oil, I add the BT stiffening brace. Shealso drives it as anyother car, no pulse and glide techniques she just drives. Although we have acheived over 60 miles per gallon on some tank fulls it is important to track mileage over a long period of time, Example: we get mileage in the mid 40's from December to April. June to August we are in the mid 50's. But over 22,000 miles of 70% combination Highway and city and the remaining 30% all highway, we ave averaged 51 MPG. It sure beats the 19 we used to get in our BMW 740i. It is also a good riding car and has plenty of leg room since I had the drivers seat rails replaced that allows 4" more leg room.
