    Who added District of Columbia to the OP as a CARB state?
    None of auto manufacturers list DC as a CARB state in the warranties.

    In the Clean Air Act, DC is defined as a state. So if DC is a CARB state, in theory it should be listed as such by Toyota in the warranty. Admittedly Toyota Team would not tell me how DC is handled re: CARB warranty, basically they told me they handle cases on a case-by-case basis.

    Re: DC
    I've relooked at FORD. Toyota, Honda warranty language and nobody mentions DC as a CARB state for the purpose of qualifying for extended warranty.. I think we would need some verification of that.

    I tried searching to confirm the statement that Washington state doesn't include 150K/10 Year warranty. Could you share the source for this information?

    Nevermind: I looked into the Warranty manual that came with the Car and it says WA is not part of the 150K/10 warranty.
