Did a three hour drive to test a used one a couple months ago; just needed to confirm that the seats were bearable. Everything else about the car, I was already sold on.
The seats in the one I test drove were actually slightly different than the one I got (new). Perhaps the 7k miles led to some compression of foam. The seats (I have the XSE, so power adjustable,) are quite good. The lumbar support is higher than, for example, that of a 2022 subaru outback's (the only other car I can compare with.) This may or may not fit your style. But overall, despite having some issues with my lower back, I have driven for many hours at a time without any pain.
thanks. I found the seats on the previous Gen Prius - super uncomfortable. Glad to hear Toyota improved them. Thanks again
It really depends on the person... I've seen at least one person say the previous gen prii had really comfortable seats, hahah.
